• Feed Your Skin JV SL T/A Beauty & Go, (“us” and “we”) is acting as the “Promoter” for this sampling campaign or competition (the “Promotion”), in which entries will be accepted free, without payment, via the below mechanism.
• ENTRY MECHANISM: To enter this Promotion, entrants must participate in our Instagram profile @mybeautyandgousa, following the steps below:
  1. Follow @mybeautyandgousa
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Tag two friends in the comments
• The Promotion closes at 11:59 PM (Miami time) on Sunday 30th July 2023. All eligible entries must be received within this specified time period to be considered.
• Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
• By entering this Promotion the entrant agrees to receive the prize(s) or sample(s) (the “Prize”) offered, if selected. The Prize will be shipped to the selected entrant by post.
• All entries submitted outside of this process will not be accepted.
• One entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
• This Promotion is open to USA residents only (excluding both Alaska and Hawaii).
• The Prize consists of: 1 x full size product of Beauty & Go SKIN SHOT 10 days Bundle RRP $45.00
• 1 Prize(s) to give away as part of this Promotion.
• Beauty & Go employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to receive the prizes.
• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
• After the closing time, the winner(s) (“Winner”) will be selected at random, from the eligible pool of entrants, to receive one Prize.
• Winner will be informed of their selection in the comments on our Instagram account and DM within five (5) business day of the Promotion closing time.
• We won’t create other Instagram accounts or send links to request your contact details. Only messages from @mybeautyandgousa are genuine.
• Winner(s) should allow up to twenty-eight (28) working days, following the end of this Promotion, to receive their Prize.
• By entering this Promotion, the entrant is deemed to have released Beauty & Go any and all liability arising from their participation in the Promotion or from their participation in the redemption of the Prize.
• We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated Prize with another Prize that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value.
• We offer no cash alternative for non-cash Prizes. Winner(s) must accept the Prize(s) in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.
• We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a Prize to an entrant who in our opinion has not entered in to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the Promotion.
• US law applies and the US courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.
• By entering this Promotion, entrants are deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The information provided by entrants will be used as stated in these terms and conditions and in conjunction with the Beauty & Go Privacy Policy here.
• Beauty & Go reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion or cancel it at any time.
